Bunbury Runners Club

Look at this crew ready for a great early morning interval session 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️

Today’s intervals were a pyramid session of 300m, 500m, 800m, 1km, 800m, 500m and 300m efforts on the big track. We also provide slightly a easier session for those who aren’t yet ready for this kind of session. Come along next week to find out!
