“Good things come slow, especially in distance running.” – Bill Dellinger

It’s Saturday which for many runners means a nice, long, slow run. Taking the time to enjoy the company of likeminded friends or the beautiful nature that surrounds us 🍃

Thanks to @thalassophile__xox_ for this great shot of our Caffez crew starting out on their Saturday morning long run today 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️
