Few people bring a smile to our club quite like the glorious Annwen Candy so we thought we’d ask her about her best in running...

1. What’s your best running moment?
‘My favourite running moments are always the runs I do with friends and family, when I can explore new places, get to the top of hills, run through the bush, and take in the views all while solving worldly problems.’

2. What’s the best running advice you have received?
‘The best advice I’ve ever been given is to run because you love it, there are people who have lost limbs and are not fortunate enough to be able to feel the freedom that running gives you.’

We love that this lady gets up on Christmas Day for a run with her family, that’s dedication 😍 Thanks Annwen and all the best for your future running endeavours 🏃🏼‍♀️

Check out our crew finishing another great morning of circle work with Dom today!

Today was 10 x 200 and 400 efforts on the short track and 10 x 300 and 500 efforts on the big track. Good effort to everyone that joined in 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️

Having our awesome view makes the tough runs that much more appealing 🌅
